Kinley is deeply committed to patient-centered care, with a strong focus on empowering patients through education and active involvement in their treatment plans. He takes the time to explain and discuss each step, ensuring patients feel informed and engaged throughout their rehabilitation journey.

He earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India and went on to complete a Master of Science in Rehabilitation at McMaster University, where he was recognized with a Program Excellence Award. In addition, he is a graduate of the Neurofunctional Acupuncture Program at McMaster University.

Prior to moving to Canada, Kinley practiced for more than seven years as a physiotherapist in Bhutan, working across diverse multidisciplinary settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, sports organizations, and rehabilitation centers. His practice is grounded in Evidence-Based Practice, and he is dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development.
